We're seeking dynamic and proactive Inside Sales Account Managers to join our diverse EMEA Ruckus Team. The ideal candidate should be located within commuting distance of Alcobendas, Madrid, for required office work.

How You'll Support Our Global Connectivity Mission

You'll showcase CommScope's RUCKUS Networks technology, brand, and worldwide market dominance to boost funnel volumes and generate revenue streams. Your role involves engaging directly with End Users and managing Partners to drive revenue generation effectively.

In this position, you'll play a key role in achieving profitable growth in the relevant business accounts by expanding client/partner relationships, offering solutions to existing accounts, and reaching out to potential clients not yet using CommScope RUCKUS products. You will also handle Tier 2 Partners, manage medium-sized deals, and act as the primary outbound prospecting force, evolving into the next field talent generation in the country.

We are looking for exceptional professionals who can drive profitability through effective account coverage, planning, and by creating opportunities utilizing the full potential of the virtual team, including Sales Specialists and Field Sales.

Prerequisites for Consideration

  • Proficiency in English and near-native level of Spanish. Proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
  • Understanding of the IT sector, sales cycles, and a proven track record of coaching, influencing, and closing deals. Familiarity with CRM solutions.
  • Skilled in account mapping, online research tools, and understanding client business drivers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building lasting business relationships.
  • High energy, commitment, and dedication to surpassing company objectives.
  • Determination to achieve goals and overcome challenges.
