We are hiring a dynamic Inside Sales Account Manager to join our EMEA Ruckus Team. The ideal candidate will need to be based within commuting distance of Alcobendas, Madrid, as office presence is required on certain days.

How You'll Make a Difference:

Demonstrate CommScope's Ruckus Networks technology, brand, and market leadership to increase funnel volumes and drive revenue streams. Manage partner relationships and end-users to close deals, drive growth, expand client relationships, and prospect new accounts within the CommScope Ruckus portfolio. Develop Tier 2 Partners, manage medium-sized deals, and play a key role in outbound prospecting.

Operate profitably by ensuring effective account coverage, planning, and creating opportunities with the support of your virtual team, such as Sales Specialists and Field Sales.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English and near-native fluency in German.
  • IT sector knowledge, Sales Cycle understanding, and experience in coaching, influencing, and closing deals. Familiarity with CRM solutions.
  • Ability to map accounts, conduct research, and build strong business relationships using online tools and resources.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, high energy, dedication to exceeding goals, and a drive to deliver results.
