The Role
- Expertise in Storage technology involving deployment, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance in a corporate setting.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing storage Infrastructure and SAN Network (Brocade) at an enterprise level.
- Thorough understanding of IBM's Storage devices, SAN Brocade, and FICON.
- Proficiency with Netapp devices including tools like TPC, BNA, Storage Insight, and Netapp's tools.
- Demonstrated involvement in incident, problem, and change control procedures.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities, including crafting technical documents.
- Sound analytical and issue-solving skills.
- Familiarity with security best practices in relation to Information Systems.
