Tareas- Dar la bienvenida a los clientes
- Gestionar la cola de clientes
- Informar sobre tiempos de espera y crear un buen ambiente
- Acompañar a los clientes mientras esperan
- Coordinación de sala
- Resolver consultas y dudas de los clientes
- Ayudar al personal de sala si es necesario
Requisitos:
- Experiência previa en roles de restauración o de anfitrión/anfitriona
- Experiência en gestión y logística de sala
- Interés en el sector gastronómico
- Excelentes habilidades comunicativas
- Acostumbrado a trabajar en equipo
- Capacidad para ofrecer una experiência excepcional a los clientes
- Nível nativo de Español
- Nível alto de Catalán
- Nível alto de Inglés
