Como Gerente Técnico de Proyectos, serás el/la responsable de supervisar la entrega exitosa de los proyectos desde el inicio hasta su finalización. Dirigirás un equipo multifuncional de ingenieros de software cuántico, ingenieros de aprendizaje automático e ingenieros de software para garantizar una ejecución y entrega perfectas de soluciones de software cuántico.
- Gestionar múltiples proyectos técnicos desde el inicio hasta la finalización, definiendo el alcance, los objetivos y los entregables del proyecto. Para lograr esto, desarrollará planes de proyecto integrales, incluidos cronogramas, asignación de recursos y evaluaciones de riesgos.
- Identificar y gestionar los riesgos del proyecto, desarrollando planes de contingencia para abordar obstáculos imprevistos y mantener el impulso del proyecto.
- Liderar y motivar a un equipo diverso de profesionales, brindando orientación y dirección para garantizar que los objetivos del proyecto se cumplan de manera eficiente y efectiva, fomentando un entorno de equipo colaborativo y orientado a resultados.
- Supervisar el desempeño del proyecto y tomar medidas proactivas para garantizar la entrega de soluciones de alta calidad.
- Desarrolla documentación, monitorea e informa el estado del proyecto, evalúa la efectividad y precisión de la documentación.
