Para empezar, te cuento de dónde salimos: La Residencia lleva en pie desde 1985, empezó como pequeño hotelito regentado por los dueños y poco a poco se fue extendiendo convirtiéndose en lo que es a día de hoy, un hotel referente de lujo, rodeado de cultura y naturaleza con carácter propio y muy conectado a la comunidad local..
Desde hace años, formamos parte de Belmond, que se unió a LVMH (Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton) en abril de 2019, reforzando nuestro lugar entre los líderes internacionales del lujo. Durante más de 40 años hemos seguido nuestro espíritu pionero y nuestra pasión por la autenticidad para crear y descubrir algunas de las mayores aventuras de viaje del mundo. RESPONSABILIDAD DEL PUESTO
Brindar una experiencia gastronómica completa y satisfactoria de acuerdo con el flujo de servicio y estándares del hotel Anticiparse a las necesidades de los huéspedes, buscando su satisfacción ofreciendo sugerencias y respondiendo de manera urgente y adecuada a las inquietudes y solicitudes de los clientes Requirements COMPETENCIAS ESPECÍFICAS Conocimientos altos de hostelería en restaurante y bar Capacidad de trabajo organizativa en ambiente muy dinámico Buena condición física Poseer una personalidad respetuosa y no intrusiva REQUISITOS ACADÉMICOS: Formación en hostelería FP o similar Formación en restauración CONOCIMIENTOS TÉCNICOS, CERTIFICADOS Y CURSOS (saber) Idiomas Castellano-nivel alto hablado Inglés-nivel alto hablado Se valorarán otros idiomas EXPERIENCIA LABORAL MÍNIMO -1 año ÓPTIMO -2-3 años Imprescindible tener nacionalidad española o pasaporte comunidad europea (para la obtención de permiso de trabajo) Benefits ¿Qué podemos ofrecerte? Un salario competitivo junto con excelentes beneficios. Tendrás 2 pagas extras al año, prorrateadas según la duración del contrato Podrás disfrutar de 35 días naturales de vacaciones y 14 días festivos, (prorrateados según la duración del contrato).
