This position will involve coordinating various marketing activities and events to enhance brand visibility engage target audiences and drive business objectives.
Description As the Marketing and Events Coordinator you will be responsible for the planning execution and evaluation of marketing campaigns and events.
Your role will involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver highquality events whether virtual or in person from venue scouting and coordination working with internal and external speakers attendance and engagement and on the day support.

Event Planning and Execution:
Plan and execute virtual and inperson events webinars and other promotional activities to drive awareness and client engagement. Manage physical event logistics including venue selection coordination registration andattendee processing and management budget management and onsite support. Manage virtual event logistics including event platform (e.g. BrightTalk LinkedIn) coordination registration and attendee processing and management budget management and online support. Coordinate event promotion through various channels including email marketing social media and website updates. Ensure a seamless event experience for attendees including registration management attendee communication and postevent followup.
Marketing Coordination:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns aligned to Momentum ITSMA goals. Coordinate the production of marketing materials including print collateral digital content and promotional items. Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics preparing reports and insights to inform future strategies. Support social media and digital marketing efforts including content creation scheduling and community engagement.
Marketing Excellence Award coordination own the platform comms and coordination of our prestigious awards and virtual ceremony in their 27 th year Collaboration and Communication:
Liaise with internal teams external speakers clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing and event initiatives.
Communicate effectively with team members to share updates event registration/attendance coordinate tasks and provide support as needed. Foster positive relationships with partners sponsors and community members to enhance collaboration and maximise opportunities for engagement.Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in event management particularly in a B2B environment with large enterprise audiences Familiarity with CRM/automation systems (we useHubSpot) Knowledge of event platforms (BrightTalk) social media platforms (LinkedIn) and digital marketing best practices.
Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask. Creative mindset and problemsolving abilities with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
