We are a leading multinational company seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Acquisition and Conversion Manager to join our dynamic Performance Marketing team in Iberia.

This key role is aimed at boosting demand generation for our Accountants segment within the Spanish and Portuguese markets.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in implementing and monitoring campaigns through our CRM platform, Salesforce.

This role requires a professional who excels in team environments, particularly agile settings, and is capable of fostering collaboration to achieve common goals.

The position is based in either Barcelona or Madrid, so being located in or willing to relocate to these cities is essential.

Besides being fluent in Spanish, a strong command of English is critical for effective communication within our international framework.

Responsabilidades principales Main Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Work together on business planning and make sure it fits with sales and business unit goals.
  • Help develop and manage the marketing investment budget.
  • Plan and carry out the marketing strategy for Iberia.

Campaign Planning:

  • Define and handle regional requirements and ensure all revenue generation goals across program families are approved.
  • Check and make the Go-ToMarket channel mix better, including vertical aspects.
  • Look after the ongoing 12month campaign plan and work on media plan reviews and briefs.

Adaptation and Localization:

  • Make sure everything follows local laws and market needs.
  • Take care of language and cultural localization in marketing materials (Spain and Portugal).
  • Manage the translation and localization of assets, and react quickly to market changes.

Campaign Activation:

  • Line up content creation and creativity with strategic goals.
  • Handle crisis situations and make sure sales and customer service have support.
  • Put into action and keep an eye on the yearly tactical rollout plan.

Optimization:

  • Keep making performance briefs better.
  • Create and put deployment optimization plans into action.
  • Find out what can make performance better and watch the market and campaign performance indicators.
