AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.
The project
HR Business Partners (HRBPs) are people centric proffesionals who aim to deliver a first class employee experience. By empowering our talent, we help the business increase its profitability and brand equity. This position has a high content in
labour relations.
HRBPs work collaboratively with Retail leaders to align HR strategies with the company's goals, ensuring that people practices support overall success.
What will the role entail?
- To influence and build relationships with people around the business: you will visit or mantain contact regularly to store staff, and will coach and provide feedback to management to help improve business efficiency, challenging others to get to the root of people issues.

- Strategy: Plan and Design of HR strategy with retail area.
- Analysis: Constant analysus of the situation of the teams and possible areas of improvement.
- Needs and objectives: Focus on the need ands objectives of the company retail area.
- Life cycle resolution: Active participation in conflict management, legal regulation and resolution.
- Cycle of the employee: Active participation in promotions, movements, dismissals, resignations, maternities and paternities, different permissions...
- To provide guidance on people practices: you will give support in labour law issues, payroll and Union Committees, with the advice of HQ specialist.
What we expect from you?
- Ability to work independently, in compliance with procedures and deadlines
- Management of priorities, identify and respond to emergencies.
- Able to multitask and deliver quick and accurate answers regarding people issues.
- Be able to face any type of audience, adapting your communication to the audience and demonstrating good listening skills.
Requirements of the position:
- Minimum experience in a generalist HR role of 34 years.
- University degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration or similar.
English level C
- Microsoft Office (Excel y Power Point)
