HR Digital & Process Analyst Expert

MISIÓN DEL PUESTO La misión de este puesto se centra en mejorar y optimizar los procesos de recursos humanos focalizados en administración, operaciones y nómina mediante la identificación de oportunidades y automatización, el análisis de procesos actuales para detectar ineficiencias y la implementación de soluciones tecnológicas además de la colaboración con otras áreas en la gestión de proyectos.
NIVEL DE SENIORITY EN PUESTO SIMILAR Mid Level (2 a 5 años)RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO REPORTING (QUALITY DATA CONTROL) Recopilar y analizar datos laborales a nivel internacional.
Producir documentación clara, incluyendo mapas de procesos y materiales formativos, conectando la tecnología y los procesos de RH.Establecer controles para asegurar que la migración de información entre plataformas se realiza de forma y tiempo adecuada.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:
Trabajar con equipos para identificar oportunidades de mejora y automatización en Recursos Humanos en la parte operacional del departamento de Labour & Payroll.
Analizar los procesos actuales, identificar ineficiencias y proporcionar soluciones impulsadas por la tecnología.Diseñar estrategias para mejorar sistemas y la reingeniería de procesos.
Evaluar y perfeccionar continuamente los cambios en los procesos basándose en la retroalimentación.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & PROCESS:
Coordinar los recursos internos para asegurarse que los proyectos internos y transversales se adhieran al alcance, requisitos y timmings del proyecto.
Establecer y mantener relaciones con los diferentes interlocutores, proporcionando contacto diario sobre el estado del proyecto y los cambios.Velar por la transversalidad de los procesos del área detectando y gestionando la resolución de incidencias a nivel global.
TECH SUPPORT DESIGN AND EXECUTION Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias en RH, inteligencia artificial y automatización para optimizar las tareas de RH.Servir como el experto principal en el mantenimiento configuración y evolutivos de la plataforma Workday.
Ofrecer formación y apoyo al área de Labour & Payroll.Colaborar con equipos para probar e implementar cambios en el sistema, garantizando una eficiencia óptima.
EXPERIENCIA Y FORMACIÓN PROFESIONAL PREVIA (opcional) Grado en ADE, Empresa & Tecnología, Relaciones laborales.
Experiencia cómo Change Analyst o un rol similar dentro del área de Recursos Humanos.
Experiencia como Project Manager y automatizando procesos es un plus.
Experiencia trabajando con Workday o plataforma cloud similar es un plus.
Inglés elevadoCOMPETENCIAS & HABILIDADES (opcional) Conocimientos de VBA / Configuración RPA / Power BIHabilidades analíticas sólidas con la capacidad de traducir requisitos complejos en soluciones concretas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, con la capacidad de colaborar de manera efectiva en diferentes departamentos y niveles de la organizaciónMentalidad orientada a los detalles con un enfoque en la entrega de resultados de alta calidad.
