What is involved?


You will be responsible for implementing, developing and managing commercial and strategic relationships with organisations in accordance with EMURGO's media platform overarching objective, goals and strategies.

This requires being well aligned with the business's strategic objectives, compliance and operational requirements.

What you'll be doing

  • Take charge of the entire EMURGO's media platform business development process
  • Build, manage and execute business models and pricing plans
  • Deliver against challenging but realistic new business net income targets
  • Build and maintain new customer pipelines
  • Engage with highly successful entrepreneurs, founders and managers
  • Build the Cardano Spot brand through presence at trade shows and speaking engagements increasing its exposure in conjunction with Marketing
  • Become a trusted adviser for our customers to be able to advise global brands on optimizing the use of Cardano Spot services
  • Negotiate attractive deals and ensure mutually beneficial sales/partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
  • Review data insights to provide interpretation, insights and recommendations coming from multiple datasets to identify strategic opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with multiple teams across EMURGO Media to deliver business objectives and strategy

What you bring to EMURGO

  • 3+ years of related business development management experience
  • Sector expertise in Web3, and through this, you will bring your network of contacts
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales
  • You are a true hunter who likes the thrill of new business, you'll take ownership and have one goal in mind: to reach (or exceed) your targets
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders to find a winwin solution
  • Highly goal oriented, assertive and a handson, problem solver
  • Selfstarter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced working environment
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity
  • Enthusiasm for the dynamic and fast paced web3 industry
  • You demonstrated the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • Good experience with CRM tools (eg. Hubspot)
  • Familiar with B2B sales in social media and social networking products is a plus
