Role:
- EMEA Market CRM Campaign Specialist
- Hybrid work model: 2 days in the office
- Number of positions: 3
- Contract Duration: 6+ months with possibility of extension
- Responsibilities include overseeing email operations, executing Email and Contact Centre Campaigns across various markets in EMEA, requiring a minimum of 2 years of CRM Marketing Experience.
Mission:
- Enhance HP contactable base performance through a customer-first approach and operational optimization to consistently elevate the channel within each Market.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end Email and Contact Centre Campaigns across multiple EMEA markets
- Provide weekly campaign reporting
- Assist CRM Lead in developing Quarterly and Annual Strategy Planning
- Collaborate with Design Team for creative content
- Develop a robust Test & Learn strategy for customer insight
- Work with Store Team to align campaigns with Commercial Objectives
-Create content for Ad-hoc communications
- Identify and implement channel innovations
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years CRM Marketing Experience
- Knowledge of direct/data driven marketing theory and practice
- Understanding of CRM KPIs, data, databases, and GDPR
- Proficiency in Google Analytics
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to direct and critique within Direct Marketing and Brand contexts
- Experience with campaign briefs and agencies
- Familiarity with project management tools and campaign management tools
