Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our CRM team as a CRM Marketing Specialist . As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM principles, marketing automation, and a keen eye for data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

What we will be asking from you:

1. Campaign Execution:

Design, build, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other CRM solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM strategies with overall marketing initiatives.

2. Data Management:

Manage and maintain CRM data integrity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.

Segment and analyze customer data to tailor campaigns for specific target audiences.

3. Automation and Personalization:

Implement marketing automation workflows to enhance customer engagement and drive personalized interactions.

Work closely with content creators to ensure messaging aligns with segmentation and personalization strategies.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Generate regular reports on CRM KPIs and present findings to the marketing team.

5. Collaboration:

Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align CRM strategies with overall marketing goals.

Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Qualifications

Qualifications

What do you bring?

Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or business administration Marketing Cloud certification required, or 2+ years of proven experience in a similar CRM or marketing coordination role. Fluent English – additional European language is an advantage. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and marketing automation. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making. Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to engage and inspire various stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, error-free work. Project Management skills, organizational and time management skills. Strong in teamwork with a can-do and positive attitude. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, AMPscript for email template customization would be preferred. Familiarity with SQL for data management would be preferred.
