Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Procurement Specialist Será una pieza clave en la organización y estructuración de los procesos del Departamento de Compras, ayudando a su optimización y supervisando que todo funcione de manera eficiente.
Entre las funciones principales del puesto podemos mencionar:
- Gestión avanzada de proveedores y contratos: identificación y evaluación de proveedores estratégicos, negociación de contratos y condiciones con proveedores, mantenimiento de relaciones a largo plazo con proveedores clave, desarrollo de estrategias para la diversificación de la base de proveedores.
- Optimización de procesos de compras: análisis y mejora continua de los procesos internos, implementación de sistemas y tecnologías de gestión de compras, desarrollo e implementación de políticas y procedimientos de compras.
- Control y gestión de inventarios: monitoreo y gestión de inventarios, implementación de sistemas de control de inventarios para minimizar costos.
- Planificación y estrategia de compras: elaboración de informes y análisis de datos de compras, presentación de reportes sobre el desempeño del área de compras e identificación de oportunidades de mejora de costos.
- Análisis estratégico y toma de decisiones: análisis detallado de datos para identificar oportunidades de ahorro y optimización, desarrollo de métricas y KPIs para evaluar el desempeño y el impacto de las iniciativas de compras, así como la toma de decisiones basada en análisis predictivo y tendencias del mercado.
Requisitos:
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en puestos similares, preferiblemente en entornos multiempresa.
- Formación en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Ingeniería en Informática o estudios relacionados con compras/aprovisionamiento.
- Experiencia en implementación de procesos de compras en entornos multicompañía.
- Nivel de inglés avanzado (B2/C1).
- Dominio avanzado del Paquete Office.
- Residencia en Madrid o Elche.
