SALES ADMINISTRATION AND CREDIT MANAGER:

en Madrid.

Misión del Puesto:

Responsable del control y el buen funcionamiento de las operaciones de venta, desde la entrada de pedidos hasta su cobro, contabilización y auditoria



¿Qué funciones desempeñarás?
:

  • Supervisar las operaciones diarias del departamento administrativo y logístico.
  • Control de pedidos, facturación y gestión de cobros.
  • Gestión del riesgo crediticio, así como de la operativa con la aseguradora de crédito (Crédito y Caución)

Ejemplos:

garantía de riesgo necesario para realizar las ventas, revisar el estado de riesgo de cada clientes, solicitud nuevos límites, expedientes de reclamación, gestión de incidencias, siniestros, impagados, etc.


  • Gestión Administrativa de clientes: Altas y mantenimiento en SAP
  • Resolución de incidencias logísticas y de transporte.
  • Responsable del cierre mensual de

Account Receivables:

Coordinar y supervisar las cuentas por cobrar, conciliación de cuentas y clientes, provisiones contables, análisis y realización de informes de cierre.


  • Elaboración del presupuesto de cobros de clientes mensual y trimestral.
  • Reporte local a Dirección General, Financiera y Comercial. Reporte directo a la Matriz.
  • Colaborar con los auditores externos y los asesores fiscales, auditorias contables y auditorias JSOX.
  • Gestión de equipo.
  • Gestionar la relación con agentes, proveedores, clientes y jefes de ventas.
  • Colaboración en nuevos proyectos del área de cobros (Keyuser CreditManagement)
  • Garantizar el éxito de los resultados y el cumplimiento de las normas.

  • Al menos CINCO años de experiência en puesto similar.
  • Conocimientos avanzados y experiência en el uso de Excel
  • Nível muy alto de inglés
  • Conocimientos y experiência en el uso del módulo de gestión de COBROS, pedidos y clientes de SAP
  • Estudios y formación complementaria relacionada con el puesto. SERA UN PLUS

Será de especial valor aportar experiência en la gestión de clientes de la gran distribución (Grandes Superficies, ECI, etc.)

  • Disponibilidad para viajar eventualmente a la central europea de la empresa en Alemania.
