What do you have to offer?

  • Focus on the end user with good & friendly communication skills;
  • Written proficiency in the following languages
    :Dutch is mandatory, French and preferably also German will be an adding value;

English will be used as a main communication language within the company;

  • Being able to put yourself in the place of the user and having the user as your main focus. The ability to assess the user's situation, fundamental wishes and needs;
  • Curious, a need to figure out how things work (investigate);
  • Good understanding of relevant areas/products/user stories;
  • Analytical thinking & problemsolving skills;
  • Able to handle complaints and challenging customers;
  • Handle technical queries, and improve the knowledge base;
  • Team player who is able to work efficient and independently;
  • Handson mentality, getting the things done;
  • Working independently in a structured approach;
  • Open to learn and have new experiences;

Which task can you expect?

  • As a digital customer support specialist, your main tasks and activities will include:
  • Assuring the quality and user-friendliness of our products by putting the customer's needs on the first place
  • Analyzing the incoming support items and defining actions to reduce the number of tickets.
