EM HR DIRECTOR BARCELONA We are looking for an HR Director for an important start-up in the pharmaceutical sector.

Reporting directly to the CEO of the company, you will be responsible for leading the HR function in Iberia and contributing from HR to its European expansion.

In a fast-growing company, the role will hold full leadership and accountability for delivering the Human Resources strategy and practices.

As HR leader with local and international background designs and implements the appropriate framework for our structure, to leverage the full span of the HR functions and focus on aligning our strategic business and HR objectives with human capital strategies.


Major Accountabilities:

Participate in the development of the organization's plans and programs as a strategic partner for the CEO to leverage the practices and impact greater on the teams.

Designing and implementing Human Resources strategies. Defining and implementing the annual People & Culture for the company. Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs to enhance employees' skills and competencies.

Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning of new programs/strategies and regulatory action affecting the attraction, motivation, development, and retention.

Partner and develop effective strategies with corporate HR team members to leverage practices such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, D&I and Learning.

Enhance and/or develop, implement, and enforce appropriate HR policies, programs, tools and HR technology strategies for effective management of the people resources of the organization for the direct and indirect labor organizations.

Ensure full compliance with local HR policies, programs, laws, and issues. Seeks for improvement opportunities and develop strategies to enhance local HR team and processes.
Requirements

Multi-year experience in HR at senior HR business partner, HR Head, HR Director, country HR manager, or similar level.

Extensive understanding and responsibility in project and program management principles, with experience in the application of these principles to operational infrastructure environments.

Ability to think strategically and translate plans into phased actions.

Strong communicator able to interact and work with peers and leadership in the various departments within the company assisting in achieving goals and objectives.

Proactive, flexible, and problem-solving attitude, you are able to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Humble and approachable, you are a team player, with great collaboration skills, that always put the team goals above your personal interest.

You have strong values and ethic, value diversity and promote inclusiveness and fairness. Ability to communicate efficiently and very operationally, a sense of written and oral communication, in Spanish as in English. The offer
