About the role

As the Global Clinical Lead Orthodontics (f/m/d), you play a critical role within the Orthodontics Business Unit, combining clinical expertise with stakeholder engagement, feedback management, and support for educational initiatives and global standards.

Essential functions and duties

  • Collaborate with regional clinical teams on protocol enhancements.
  • Review customer feedback on clinical matters.
  • Manage and nurture Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for the assigned region.
  • Gather input from advisory boards and specialists to improve products and services.
  • Work with global teams to establish clinical metrics and standards.
  • Liaise with other departments to consolidate clinical feedback.
  • Support Clinical Trials and contribute to medical publications.
  • Assist in educational programs locally and globally.

About the successful candidates we would like to interview:

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a medical or clinical environment.
  • Hold certifications such as MD, PharmD, or PhD.
  • Demonstrate a strong grasp of clinical expertise and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and support educational initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of clinical experience.
  • Orthodontics Degree and experience with aligners preferred.
  • Capacity to work effectively in a dynamic, team-based setting.
  • Adaptability to diverse business environments and self-directed work.
