¿Qué estamos buscando?

Actualmente buscamos un/a Test Automation Specialist que se integrará a un equipo Scrum. Buscamos a una persona entusiasta y dinámica, dispuesta a crecer en un entorno multicultural.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

  • Coordinar, seguimiento y escalar las actividades de testing.
  • Escribir planes de prueba detallados para CIT y SIT.
  • Garantizar y revisar que los casos de prueba son escritos correctamente y en el formato acordado para los diferentes ciclos de prueba.
  • Garantizar que el plan de pruebas del proyecto se sigue durante el ciclo de testing en su totalidad.
  • Asegurar la finalización de las actividades de pruebas durante cada ciclo y escalarlo en caso de problemas.
  • Proporcionar análisis de los datos estadísticos obtenidos durante las ejecuciones para identificar tendencias del sistema.
  • Asegurar que el entorno de prueba es gestionado y mantenido correctamente.
  • Gestión de las versiones de cada release.
  • Comunicación directa con los administradores de sistema y bases de datos para garantizar la preparación del entorno.
  • Coordinar la creación de scripts de prueba, preparación de recopilación de datos y stubs (simulación de datos).
  • Diseñar, seleccionar e implementar herramientas de prueba y otras específicas (Test Harness) para cada componente asignado.
  • Proporcionar soporte a las pruebas: creación, revisión y ejecución de procedimientos para incluir metodologías de prueba de integración.
  • Documentar todas las fases del proceso de pruebas de integración.
  • Descubrir defectos, analizar la causa y asegurar que las soluciones correctas son implementadas en el código de la release.
  • Identificar e implementar mejoras de procesos.

Requisitos mínimos:

  • Licenciado o título universitario.
  • Conocimiento de ámbitos de trabajo tradicionales y Agile.
  • Profesional con experiencia relevante significativa como Test Specialist.
  • Experiencia trabajando en diferentes fases de prueba, proyectos y sistemas.

  • Capacidad para afrontar retos técnicos complejos.
  • Capacidad para identificar defectos y sugerir acciones de mitigación y contingencia.
  • Afianzadas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
  • Compromiso y proactividad.
  • Capaz de planificar, programar y monitorizar el trabajo.
  • Capaz de adaptarse/aprender rápidamente nuevas tecnologías y metodologías, generando los activos necesarios y dando soporte al resto del equipo.
