What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing support to stakeholders and internal departments in the day to day tasks
  • Assisting with stakeholders, solving queries and problems
  • Liaising with other departments internally
  • Resolving queries and raising credits where necessary
  • Develop and adhere to timelines on projects and work with third party resources and routing of approvals
  • General administration duties: inputting orders, preparing reports etc.
  • You will need to be flexible at busy periods and willing to work over the standard working hours if required.
