As a Market Development Engineer specializing in IP&E technologies, you will be responsible for determining, developing, scaling, and leading the implementation of successful solution programs to drive market, sales, and profit growth within specific markets or business segments.
  • You will focus on key market segments and technologies assigned within the dedicated Vertical
  • You will develop the go-to-market strategy plan for the assigned market/business segment
  • Conduct business strategy activities such as market analysis, competitive research, and product positioning
  • Collaborate with product management teams on product development and management activities
  • Create and execute comprehensive products and service offers
  • Contribute to the development of communication programs and materials for business development
  • Evaluate and manage supplier and channel programs
  • Lead Voice of Customer activities to capture product reception and identify new opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers
  • Participate in joint calls with Arrow and supplier's Sales personnel
  • Be engaged in supplier training and market/customer penetration strategies
Requirements:
  • Experience in electronics industry or manufacturing in Sales, Engineering, Marketing, or Product management
  • Experience in IP&E
  • Expertise in business strategy, market segmentation, and competitive analysis
  • Strong sales skills
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel for business
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (native or C1)
  • Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders
  • Track record in market/segment management and development of comprehensive solutions
  • Understanding of performance measurement tools and technology
  • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
