Incorporación en junio

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
Definir la estrategia comercial, en unión con el resto de los productos de la compañia a la hostelería, definiendo paquetes de productos, pricing, acciones de captación y fidelización, etc
Proporcionar asesoramiento sobre los productos y servicios financieros ofertados, apoyando a la fuerza comercial interna a la hora de transmitir la oferta comercial a los clientes
Colaborar en diseñar planes de comunicación y formación a la fuerza comercial
Realización de formaciones internas a la red comercial
Organizar la cartera de clientes y planificar acciones para ampliarla
Recoger feedback de clientes y fuerza comercial para refinar la estratégica con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos comerciales diseñados
Realizar un seguimiento post-venta de los clientes
Elaborar informes sobre el seguimiento del desarrollo comercial y establecer planes correctores

¿Qué necesitamos?
Grado o Licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía o similares.
Excelente conocimiento de productos y servicios bancarios a empresas, pymes y autónomos. +6 años de experiência comercial bancaria
Formación en técnicos/as de ventas y estrategias comerciales (deseado)
Habilidades sociales y de comunicación
Capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados. Visión estratégica, proactividad y adaptación al cambio.
Capacidad de formación a otras personas.
