Misión

Funciones

Gestiones dentro del Área de Gestión de Talento:

  • Soporte en procesos de selección: publicación de vacantes, criba CV's, administración de pruebas psicotécnicas y realización entrevistas.
  • Dar soporte en la implementación del plan de formación anual.
  • Participar en la implementación de actividades de desarrollo de talento tanto a nível nacional como internacional.
  • Participación en la creación de programas de desarrollo de talento
  • Dar soporte en la gestión de proveedores externos para proyectos de selección, formación y desarrollo.
  • Colaborar en el desarrollo de programas de comunicación interna.
  • Aportación de ideas de mejora en los procesos internos de recursos humanos.

Gestiones dentro del Área de Administración de Personal:

  • Colaborar en la gestión de Onboarding con el Responsable de Departamento y en la gestión del alta de empleados en el sistema interno.
  • Dar soporte en el mantenimiento de archivos digitales, Excel común, Success Factors, ficheros de nómina y archivo físico.
  • Apoyo al HRBP del área en todo el proceso de salida del empleado y gestión administrativa de las bajas de los empleados.
  • Dar soporte general en las áreas de Administración de Personal y en los proyectos relativos de esta área, como pueden ser Plan de Igualdad, Implementación de un nuevo software interno, políticas Internas (Handbook), etc.
  • Buenas competencias comunicativas teniendo en cuenta que estará en contacto con diversos departamentos en la organización.
  • Habilidades para trabajar y colaborar en equipo.
  • Se valora haber cursado una Licenciatura/Diplomatura en Relaciones Laborales o Psicología.
  • Dominio informática nível usuario, en especial MS-Office (Excel, Word y Power Point).
  • Se valorará muy positivamente una formación adicional en RR.HH. o experiência previa en el area de Recursos Humanos.
  • Nível medioalto inglés
