We wish to bring to our team a young talented trainee for our internship program.

FUNCTIONS (core):

  • Preparing Welcome and Farewell Communications
  • Preparation of new incorporations (support in acquiring IT tools, control of mandatory documentation, employee number, etc.)
  • Ensuring new incorporations fulfill onboarding program.
  • Support in creating Job Descriptions
  • Support in arranging medical checks in Spain and Portugal.
  • Collect the necessary documents for FUNDAE (Fundación Estatal para la Formación en el Empleo).
  • Ensuring employees in Spain, Italy, and Portugal complete compliance courses.
  • Ensure external partners/vendors invoices are correct and communicated for payment.
  • Support in keeping track of fixeddiscontinuous contract employees (holidays, start/stop of their contracts)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in: Labor Relations, Business Administration, Economics, or other related areas. Master's in human resources, MBA.
  • Intermediate to advanced user of management tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Advanced English and Spanish (native or bilingual). Valuable knowledge in Italian or Portuguese.
  • Mental structure, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Agile and proactive attitude
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Be able to sign an Internship Agreement

LOCATION:
Barcelona, Spain.

Duration of the internship:

6 months to 1 year (Part-time OR Full-time)
