El Lead W&D gestiona la coordinación de las actividades de transporte y distribución, garantizando las mejores prácticas en el transporte para reducir los costes, minimizar los riesgos de seguridad y reducir el tiempo de entrega en el suministro.

El puesto trabajará en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de Gestión Comercial, Cadena de Suministro, Transportistas y Fabricación para ser el socio de confianza elegido por nuestros clientes.

Principales responsabilidadesGestiona el desempeño de seguridad de acuerdo con los principios de Orica y alienta a todos a hacer lo mismo.

Asegura activamente el cumplimiento de todos los mandatos, modelos operativos, estándares, políticas y procedimientos relacionados con la cadena de suministro / HES.

Enfoque de seguridad en la manipulación, almacenamiento y transporte de materiales.
Apoyar la implementación de la Estrategia Regional de la Cadena de Suministro.

Ejecutar el plan mensual trabajando con los equipos de fabricación y tercerosAyudar a coordinar la inteligencia de mercado y el conocimiento para establecer prácticas líderes en la industria para mejorar la seguridad.

Trabajar con el equipo para mejorar la eficiencia y la productividad de las operaciones y los procesos del almacénGarantizar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones para los servicios prestados a clientes específicosSupera los problemas de visibilidad y trazabilidad del stock, mejore la precisión del picking, evite pérdidas por falta de entregas, entregas incorrectas, devoluciones y multas por nivel de servicio Gestionar las relaciones y la ejecución de los contratos para los transportistasIntegra herramientas de gestión críticas, como informes, análisis y cuadros de mando, para gestionar a los transportistasResponsable de la elaboración y cumplimiento de los presupuestos definidosRequisitos para el rolProfesional de Ing.

Industrial, Administración y/o afines.
Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en operaciones de transporte y almacén en empresas de gran envergadura.

Experiencia en el desarrollo e implementación de estrategias de entrega de productos y modo de transporteConocimiento práctico de las regulaciones relacionadas con el transporte y las operaciones de almacén.

Sólida experiencia en el mercado de transportes, planeando y ejecutando planes de despacho hacia clientes. Experiencia en lean y otras iniciativas de mejora continua, incluidas las aplicaciones ISO.Fuertes habilidades de negociación.
Habilidades demostradas asociadas con la construcción de relaciones con proveedores de transporte.
