¿Pero qué hace un Partner Success Representative?
Nuestro principal objetivo es dar bienestar financiero para los empleados de nuestros clientes a través de nuestra app, Payflow.


Como Partner Success Representative, estarás a cargo de aumentar la cantidad de personas que disfrutan de los beneficios de nuestra aplicación.

Para ello, te pondrás en contacto con trabajadores de diferentes empresas para motivarlos a descargarse la Payflow, explicarles la aplicación y ayudarles en las dudas que puedan tener con su operativa:
activar su usuario, realizar su primera transferencia, referir a un amigo, empezar una objetivo de ahorro.... Esta posición es clave para el crecimiento de Payflow.

Tendrás contacto directo con nuestros usuarios, por eso serás la mejor persona para ayudarnos a mejorar recopilando el feedback de los usuarios y escalar a los diferentes equipos (ej. Tecnología, ventas ) para efectuar los cambios pertinentes. Gracias a ti mejoraremos la experiência de usuario


En resumen, Partner Success Representative es un rol clave que reúne una alta capacidad de persuasión con un alto nível de comprensión de la psicología humana.

Convencer a la gente nunca es fácil, pero la recompensa es inmensa.

Tipo de contrato - Practicas

El proceso que seguiremos es el siguiente:

Ronda 1: 30 mins - Carlota, HR - Desarrollaremos las necesidades del puesto y condiciones y entenderemos si estás alineado con los valores de Payflow

Ronda 2: 30 mins - Paloma, Sr Ops Manager - Te haremos algunas preguntas para conocer más de ti y de tu interés por el puesto. Además te ayudaremos a preparar un "role play" para la siguiente ronda

Ronda 3: 30 mins - Sergi, Vp Ops Global y Avinash, co-founder - Role play con un usuario ficticio bastante complicado para ver si le motivarías a descargar la aplicación
