Advanced Accelerator Applications (Italy) - S... is a leading company in the field of Pharmaceuticals. We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Partner - Commercial Capabilities to join our team.

About the Role
We are looking for a talented individual to take on the role of Strategic Business Partner - Commercial Capabilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs for our field force associates. Your primary goal will be to equip our representatives with the tools and knowledge needed to launch products to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop training programs for entry-level and experienced field force associates, focusing on sales techniques, presentations, project, and product applications information.
• Implement local strategies to deploy global enterprise programs for field force associates at a country level.
• Partner with the business to provide a smooth onboarding process for new field force associates.
• Provide consultation on change management, accelerating the adoption of new ways of working or AI products in brands/teams.
• Participate in Global Council Capability Meetings.
• Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training budget management.
• Identify external trends and latest learning methodologies to upgrade our existing learning strategy plans.

Requirements
• Experience in a learning role, preferably in commercial training.
• Passionate about new learning methodologies and curious about innovative approaches.
• Experience in change management and stakeholder management at all levels.
• Management of dashboards and KPIs, analytical capability.
• Management of Learning Platforms (LMS).
