- Capability to perform different Estimate Classes from Conceptual Estimate to Class II Estimate
- Capability to perform Engineering Services Bids and/or EPC Bids
- Support Commercial/ Business Development areas in the preparation of Engineering Services Bids estimating workhours and other key aspects.
- Prepare rationale reports to support the estimate exercise identifying the principal risk areas and perform a Risk Analysis establishing the specific Contingency level.
- Prepare the estimating analyze working with multidiscipline team across technical departments.
- Monitor and analyze current competitive prices and cost trends.
- Coordinates estimating activities to assure desired completion date.
- Support development of project estimates and ensuring they are prepared to the required level of detail and accuracy in accordance with contractual requirements and Wood policies, procedures, and standards.
- Degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
- Typically requires a minimum of six (5) years of progressive industry experience, with at least two (2) years in estimating positions.
- Good understanding of Cost Management, Change Control, Planning & Risk Analysis & Management
- Excellent command of English
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use estimating methods.
- Effective organization & planning skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Ready to work in an international environment and to learn international engineering working practices.
- Spanish language at native level
- Available immediately
- Valid European Work Permit
