Responsible for screening potential or existing business partners, customers, suppliers, and any other entities as per TD SYNNEX policies and regulations though various organizations and in various systems, to provide appropriate feedback to managers and to find effective way of communication with sales and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Regulatory Compliance team
  • Screening on names/addresses against Denied Party lists as directed by TD SYNNEX Regulatory Compliance policies-regulations.
  • Decision making and recording evidence.
  • Escalation to managers when appropriate
  • Following procedures as per SOP ́s in place.
  • ECCN classification
  • Handling compliance related correspondence promptly.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Entry Level (0 to 1 Years of relevant work experience)
  • Ability to execute instructions and seek clarification when necessary.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English and other local / regional languages.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Building solid relationships with colleagues.

Basic knowledge of EU import-export Customs Regulations. (D)

Knowledge of EU and US classification and export control of products containing encryption and export license processing. (D)

Experience / knowledge of international trade. (D)

Effective communications skills. (E)

Great teamwork. (E)

Enquiring mind and critical analysis. (E)

Good standard of education. University degree is a plus.

Proficiency in English and local language; proficiency in other European languages is beneficial

Prior experience in compliance, international trade is valuable.

Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office, business intelligence, or SAP Analysis is beneficial.

Prior relevant work experience is advantageous.

Working Environment:

  • Remote work 80%
  • Monday to Friday, including early morning and late evening shifts, occasional weekend and late-night shifts.
  • Work on public holidays may be required
  • Temporary Contract (12 months)
