Buscamos a un/a
CRO con experiência en
User Experience - tanto en servicio como en producto digital.
La persona ideal seria esa que ya ha trabajado con los equipos de UX Research, UX/UI design y Developers, o que ha hecho un cambio de carrera viniendo de esas mismas posiciones.
- Anticipar, analizar y alinear las necesidades del producto con los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía.
- Administrar todos los aspectos del desarrollo de proyectos para múltiples iniciativas digitales.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de diseño y developers a lo largo del proyecto
- Definir, detallar y priorizar el backlog de objetivos alineados al roadmap.
- Determinar el criterio, basado en datos, para medir el éxito de cada iniciativa priorizada e implementada.
Sobre ti
- Nível nativo de español, catalán altamente valorable
- Experiência en diseño UX/UI es un plus
- Excelente comprensión del diseño visual y centrado en el usuario
- Conocimiento práctico del panorama digital general, arquitecturas, tendencias y tecnologías emergentes.
- Habilidades interpersonales, capaz de comunicarse con colegas en todos los níveles en un entorno profesional.
- Valoramos altamente las actitudes empáticas, inclusivas y curiosas.
