4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Native Spanish Speaker with fluency in English
  • Proven experience in content marketing and developing new ways to deliver impactful content to customers
  • Proven experience in business events management and production (e.g. conferences, workshops and trade shows)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling crossfunctional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience and capacity to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements of all programs

Key job responsibilities

  • Build and execute the country marketing plan aligned to local business needs and priorities with sales leaders and central marketing; contribute to marketing business reviews to measure the effectiveness of local marketing programs
  • Own the strategy and planning of country events (Amazonowned and industry events), working with agencies and ensuring barraising execution. Deliverables include event marketing, budget, logistics, communications, event tech, gifting, onsite execution, playbooks, measurement and reporting.
  • Develop customerfacing content like customer case studies, keynote presentations, and other forms of branded content to support awareness and consideration goals.
  • Work crossfunctionally with the central marketing team, product, sales, and analysts, legal, and PR to deliver accurate positioning and storytelling of our products and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal and external insights team to identify opportunities and create powerful insights and proof points to execute strong narratives for our audience.
  • Identify marketing channels to effectively communicate with our advertising customers inregion
  • Work with and through trade publications to incentivize the development of engaging content to drive awareness Amazon Ads
About the team

The Regional Enterprise Marketing team exists to accelerate adoption of Amazon Ads' full-funnel solutions by engaging enterprise brand customers and large agency partners across international locales.

We are local customer obsessed, and our team is tasked with delivering high-impact, scalable brand moments that drive awareness and deepen comprehension of Amazon Ads solutions, while reflecting regional cultures and environments.
