Buscamos a una persona entusiasta que reúna los siguientes requisitos para dirigir el departamento interno de Knowledge Management, de nueva creación en la firma, con sede en Madrid o Barcelona.
¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
Crear el área de Gestión del Conocimiento en la firma. Establecer el Plan estratégico en esta materia. En coordinación con el equipo de Innovación, diseñar e implantar la estrategia de la firma en materia de IA. En coordinación con el equipo de IT, garantizar los canales adecuados para lograr la gestión y compartición óptima del conocimiento interno y externo. En coordinación con el equipo de People & Culture, asegurar la formación técnica de los equipos de Negocio, buscando el mejor servicio al cliente.¿Qué te ofrecemos?

Requisitos mínimos
Conocimientos y experiencia:
Licenciatura o grado en Derecho. Valorable, segunda titulación, máster o postgrado. Experiencia de, al menos, 5 años en el área Gestión del Conocimiento de firmas de servicios profesionales, especialmente en el ámbito jurídico. Experiencia en implantación y utilización de bases de datos, templates y herramientas de almacenamiento, gestión y compartición del conocimiento. Conocimiento profundo de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial en el mercado legal. Búsqueda de la excelencia técnica. Innovación y enfoque tecnológico. Nivel alto de inglés.Competencias, personalidad y habilidades:
