Job Description SummaryResponsible of planning and procurement of the materials for production, focusing on the KPIs of the area and following the required quality standards.
Job DescriptionDefinition of the supply model for each material.System parameterization for correct MRP managementNegotiation of the most optimal supply system with suppliersAnalyze purchasing needs based on the sales plan and forecasts.
Preparation of the purchasing plan, minimizing costs and inventory, preserving customer service without stock outagesDaily Purchasing orders management, launch POs and confirm delivery dates.
Coordination with the production planMaterial stock management.Guarantee optimal stock to correctly attend the manufacturing program, avoiding any line stopCoordination of the design changes with technologyManagement of supplier non-conformitiesMaterials logistics (transportation and customs)Required profilePreferably an Industrial engineer specializing in electrical/electronics or organization.
Other degrees as Business administration will not be ruled out.Specialist in office tools like Data processing in Excel and SAP ERPHigh leve lof English5 years experience in purchasing and logisticsKnowledge of commercial purchasing and supply management techniquesKnowledge of Lean Methodology and Continuous ImprovementNegotiation skills, information analysis, decision-making skillsTeamwork, management and dealing with suppliers abilityResults-oriented profile, capable of making decisions in highly competitive environments without losing sight of its final objective.
