Para empresa del sector sanitario, dedicada al desarrollo de productos médicos innovadores para el tratamiento de problemas de salud, seleccionamos a un/a Product Manager.

Reportando directamente a gerencia, su principal misión será la de Gestionar el desarrollo de productos médicos e implementar el plan estratégico comercial

Las principales funciones son:

  • Analizar e identificar las oportunidades del mercado para el desarrollo de negocio.
  • Gestionar el desarrollo de nuevos productos y modelos.
  • CAD, CAM, Solidwords.
  • Detectar oportunidades para los nuevos productos
  • Proporcionar informes sobre los competidores y la evolución del mercado
  • Representar la marca y desarrollar las ventas con éxito.
  • Analizar las necesidades del cliente para mejorar el posicionamiento de la marca.
  • Llevar a cabo los procesos de negociación de precios y contratos.
  • Administrar la cartera de clientes actuales y hacer visitas de seguimiento periódicas
  • Formación a personal médico. Asistencia a profesionales en intervenciones quirúrgicas
  • Participar en planes de marketing de los productos de la compañía
  • Participar activamente en todos aquellos eventos que se necesite una visibilidad corporativa desde el punto de vista inminentemente comercialtécnico. (Congresos, ?)
  • Participar en la coordinación logística de producto

Estudios mínimos

  • Grado ingeniería industrial, diseño industrial y desarrollo de producto y/o similar.
Experiência mínima

  • Capacidad para actuar con profesionales médicos (cirujanos, centros sanitarios)
  • Comunicación oral y escrita
  • Capaz de negociar a un alto nível
  • Capacidad de organización y coordinación
  • Habilidades interpersonales y empatía
  • Trabajo en equipo
  • Liderazgo e Iniciativa. Proactividad

  • Inglés: Nível Proficiency (imprescindible)
