Funciones:

  • Diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias.
  • Monitorización.
  • Experiência con herramientas de ticketing.
- administración de switches (principalmente Cisco y HP) y routers (principalmente CISCO).

  • Gestión de redes inalámbricas.
  • Resolución de incidencias de red (tanto LAN como WAN) y de telefonía.
  • Atender canales de entrada (teléfono y mail)
  • Configuración, routing, switching, FW...

  • Routing: estático, BGP, OSPF, VRF's
  • Switching: Vlans, STP
  • Seguridad: creación de reglas de acceso
- experiência de al menos 2 años en administración y mantenimiento de redes de datos, LAN/WAN

  • Administración de redes LAN, tecnologías y protocolos asociados (STP, HSRP/VRRP, VTP, LACP ) o Administración de redes WAN
  • Imprescindible aportar de la Certificación Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
