Assistant Manager Promotions Operations

- Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of management reporting on operational KPI health
- Be the main counterpart for Brand Activation, Partnership Marketing and Consumer Service for daytoday operations and oversee execution with quality in given timelines
- Assess the existing tooling / processes to identify vulnerabilities and drive improvements
- Represent market demand for promotions management with Global Product Ownership, IT Operations and Consumer Experience. Drive prioritization and implementation of demands to achieve maximum business impact and efficiency
- Define optimization and requirements / criteria for improved consumer experience, e.g., build upon data points to optimize cart conversion or mitigate voucher code errors

- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- High resilience and solution-oriented attitude
- Good communication skills, comfortable presenting KPIs to stakeholders at various organizational levels
- Ability to handle ambiguity and untangle complex situations into actionable activities
- Hard-Skills
- Comfortable working with enterpriselevel platforms and technologies
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Talon One is a plus
- Expert knowledge of digital IT products and capabilities
- Fluent in English both verbally and written
- Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree with focus on Business Administration, Communication, IT, Marketing or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of experience working within an eCommerce environment
- Experience working with stakeholders and experts at various seniority levels
- Experience in managing the implementation / running of campaign delivery is a plus
- Experience / involvement in replatforming to new systems is a plus
