General Purpose

Being a part of the Consumer Loyalty team, you are responsible for driving the technical support to provide a premium experience to both our consumers and advisors via Salesforce Service Cloud.

You proactively search for insights from various operational teams, to support and work closely with Global / IT to prioritize and develop meaningful improvements that impact overall business efficiency.- Key Responsibilities- Supporting Consumer Service operations with daily Salesforce Service Cloud maintenance, focusing on EU, but also supporting as main POC for other regions globally.


  • Investigating and resolving Salesforce Service Cloud issues raised by various stakeholders.
  • Work on estimations and proposals for Salesforce work streams, working with GIT.
  • Business Analysis, technical analysis, data modeling for adidas Salesforce projects/initiatives, supporting product teams with solutioning.
  • Assisting advisors on daytoday issues.
  • Analyzing the impact of issues, supporting with the prioritization of issue resolution.
  • Aiding other teams (Finance and Warehouse) on the issues they face when they work on support cases.
  • Training & knowledge transition activities to operation support team in preparation for new feature releases
  • UAT assistance for tickets raised with global product team.
  • Release activities, keeping Consumer Service teams updated on all new implementations.

  • Hard skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Degree within Computer Science or related field
  • Fluent English skills verbal and written
  • Previous experience working within the digital world/ an eCom environment
  • Soft Skills:
  • A Growth mindset with a high energy for change, a passion for sports and a strong sense of humor
  • Eager to never stop learning
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment with teams located around the globe
  • High resilience and solutionoriented attitude

  • Prior experience working within a Consumer Service environment is beneficial
