YOUR ROLE


The Digital Factory Head is responsible to lead and develop the digital platform for the CoE FVL organization within CEVA IT, leading a team of architects, developers, testers, and sys admins to deliver the technology roadmap, maintain and support the digital services and to manage the transition to our new platform.

It is also responsible for implementing and enforcing CEVA IT Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity guidelines within the platform

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Strategy development and planning: Lead the Digital team to continue the planning, development and implementation of the CoE FVL technology roadmap
  • Delivery and Assurance: Ensure that a clear vision and delivery plan for our technology and digital services transformation is communicated to all staff and that ongoing delivery is transparent and wellcommunicated across the group and that all dependencies and risk are well managed
  • Service Management: Ensure that our key technology services are resilient, secure and scalable and that our cyber security, software development, support processes and systems are constantly improved in line with the improvement plan outlined
  • Leadership:Provide overall technical leadership and direction to the organization and the technology team, encouraging controlled innovation and improvement in the technology and data systems, processes, and ways of working.
  • Staff management: Empower and develop the staff you manage to innovate and improve while maximizing their contribution by setting clear objectives, coaching, delegating, and providing appropriate feedback, and effectively managing performance, ensuring they get the training and development they need and that they feel valued.
  • Business development: Contribute to the writing of bids, proposals, costing and pricing as required
  • Budget and resource management: You will own the budget for third party technology spend and will ensure costoptimization of our infrastructure and support services.
  • Corporate responsibility: Ensure that your work and that of the team is always in the best interests of CEV Logistics and the CMA CGM Group
  • Accountability: Be accountable for your work and the work of your teams to CEVA Board, the wider staff team, and CMA CGM Group including compliance with legal, financial, information security and safeguarding policies and procedures.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years in management in technology role similar sized organisation
  • Hands on experience of agile delivery management with mixed tems of inhouse and external developers
  • Experience of planning and delivering products and services using agile development techniques to meet customer expectations and deliver cost effective robust solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, fluent in French
