A vacancy for a TEST FLIGHT ENGINEER/TEST FLIGHT LOADMASTER for A400M has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Sevilla.

The successful applicant will join Engineering Department.

T asks & accountabilities**Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
  • Verify AC systems during PATM ,CAM and ISATM, Development, on ground and in flight acting as TFE or TLM.
  • Support within Flight Test to development phases as TFE or TLM providing operational point of View.
  • Test Preparation, Execution, and Analyse for the overall functions of a complete system (aircraft,spacecraft...)

Required skills

  • Educated to degree level in Engineering or equivalent military degree.
  • Experience in Aircraft development and production environment, with knowledge in all related processes is a must for this position.
  • Experience in Flight Test 510 years expected.
  • Operational high military experience as FE & LM Expected.
  • Experience in Military Aircraft maintenance workshop will be an extra value.
  • Flight Hours as FE & LM Expected (at least 2500 fh).
  • EASA MEDICAL Cat 2 required, Cat 1 will be and extra value.
  • Experience in A400M acting as TFE and TLM will be and added value.
  • Experience as Air refuelling operator or Air refuelling observer will be valuable.
  • Advanced level in English.
  • Spanish will be valuable.
