Account Executive

Location - Madrid:

Why this is job for you:
Provides excellent service and supports customers' needs through daily order management and cooperation with other internal departments. Develops partnership with Sales organization to deliver business results and better service platforms.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships to become the partner of choice for customers.
  • Having ownership and full responsibility of assigned customer accounts; acting as primary customer service contact and understanding, anticipating and responding to customers' and business' needs in a changing environment.
  • Daily order management to be able to report our current and future state of purchase orders and demand to customer, carriers and internal departments.
  • Receiving, processing and monitoring progress of customer orders to align the overall business strategy of the facility.
  • Expediting order changes and solutions of negotiating with customers.
  • Expediting flow of information regarding specifications, orders, and customer requirements to manufacturing.
  • Maintaining the integrity of the backlog system and ontime delivery.
  • Ensuring accuracy of files by maintaining up to date specification file and price changes.
  • Detecting important changes in the future demand and collaborates with the customer on future orders.
  • Working proactively to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting IPMM priorities.

You have:

  • Bachelor's (Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Business or similar) or equivalent work experience
  • Fluency in English (Spanish will be a plus)
  • At least 2 years customer service experience.
  • Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of SAP (APO, ECC, BW)
  • Proven track of process improvement
  • Strong MS Office Skills (especially Excel)
  • Strong analitical skills analyzing forecasts, stock, production planning etc.
