Summary We are starting a new area as a new company with more than 70 years of experience.A new chapter will be started with strong experienced people with a great future , therefore we are looking for the Best of the Best, people who want to join a new journey, working together with people with Visions, in a company that puts the patients in the center Therefore we are looking for a Senior Specialist in Incentives & Analytics Southern Europe who will help the Sales Organization to drive their business, supporting the Business with meaningful Analytics and drive Incentive related topics in the Southern Part of Europe.
You'll be be part of a very dynamic team and work closely together with the Business, playing a key role between Sales organization and Function.
If you want to be part of the new Area – apply now What you'll be doing Implement and lead the operational computation of Sales Incentives in Kidney Care Southern EuropeCollaborate with Business Partners in all Central/Southern Europe countries to support and define the right Incentive strategy and analytics.
Responsible for meaningful performance reporting and analytics at different levels of the Kidney Care Sales Organization – provide results for Global Sales Award Kidney CareSupport and drive the Analytics central approach to centralize and maintain business Analytics for Kidney CarePerform the Target Setting Process - Sales Territory Management on Cluster LevelLead and/or Support Projects on ECEMEA Level to implement Incentives in existing Incentive SetupSupport and drive strategic projects across EMEA – (Analytics/centralization/digitalization & cost optimization projects) in an agile environment and project setupDrive digitalization actively and play a major role in data-driven and digital environment What you'll bring Master's or Bachelor's degree in economics / Business Informatics / Finance / Digital Health / IT5+ Years of experience in Project management/AnalyticsExperience in Health Care Sector (nice to have)and passion for data crunching and data miningExperience in Incentives are a plusOpen mindset for Change Management and challenging the Status QuoExcellent analytical skills combined with excellent technical skills in SQL / Tableau& Power BI / MS Office Applications (VBA , Excel , Powerpivot,Powerpoint)Open-minded and Team Player with strong communication stylePassion to connect with the business and work together with a small team to drive optimization and centralization of analytical projectsEnglish and another European language is a pluEqual Employment Opportunity Baxter is an equal opportunity employer and is therefore firmly committed towards making employment opportunities available to all qualified applicants without regard to gender, race, age, disability, colour, nationality, ethnicor national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, responsibility for dependents, religion or trade union membership.
