Tu función :En la actualidad, Kuehne+Nagel selecciona un/a Sea Logistics Operational Care Expert para sus oficinas ubicadas en Bilbao. En dependencia del/de la Responsable de Tráfico Marítimo, gestionarás la interlocución con los clientes asignados, así como el desarrollo íntegro de las cuentas.

Tus responsabilidades:
- Gestión íntegra de tráficos marítimos de mercancías (calidad de los envíos y gestión de los mismos en tiempo y forma, teniendo en cuenta las regulaciones de cada país).
- Establecer canales de comunicación con los clientes asignados, en relación con el servicio y la actividad diaria, que permitan una relación a largo plazo.
- Mantenimiento y desarrollo de cuentas, en coordinación con el departamento de Ventas
- Participación en proyectos propios del departamento, relacionados con la optimización de la actividad customer service en la división marítima.
- Asumir y promover los programas de la Compañía en materia de Compliance y de Confidencialidad de Datos para todo lo concerniente a la posición de Customer Service Marítimo.
Tus habilidades y experencias:
- Estudios académicos vinculados a la Logística o Comercio Internacional.
- Experiência de al menos 5 año en funciones vinculadas a la gestión operativa/customer service marítimo.
- Conocimientos de forwarder.
- Inglés fluido.
- Dominio de las herramientas ofimáticas.
