In **MELT GROUP** siamo alla ricerca di uno **Land Manager** per un'organizzazione internazionale dedicata al settore delle energie rinnovabili in costante espansione.

**Principali responsabilità e compiti**:

- Individuazione di nuovi siti su cui sviluppare/costruire progetti.
- Individuazione di nuovi siti su cui sviluppare/costruire progetti.
- Negoziazione di contratti di locazione/acquisto con i proprietari dei terreni.
- Relazioni con i consigli comunali e/o altre amministrazioni in coordinamento con il team di sviluppo.
- Coordinamento del portafoglio di intermediari.
- Gestione dell'attuale portafoglio terreni dell'azienda.
- Sviluppo del progetto dalla fase iniziale, con particolare attenzione alla ricerca e alla valutazione dei terreni potenzialmente edificabili.
- Viaggi nelle diverse aree in cui si trovano i progetti.
- Valutazione técnica dell'idoneità dei terreni e negoziazione di accordi con i proprietari terrieri.
- Contattare le autorità locali per ottenere i permessi di sviluppo e fornire assistenza nelle fasi successive allo sviluppo.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Ingegneria, Giurisprudenza, Economia o un campo comparabile.
- La conoscenza dell'inglese è obbligatoria. La conoscenza dello spagnolo costituisce un vantaggio.
- Esperienza precedente in posizioni analoghe.
- Esperienza dimostrabile nella negoziazione e nella compravendita di terreni.
- Disponibilità a trasferte sia nazionali che internazionali.
