About the opportunity:

We're looking for a customer service focused RMA coordinator to support the EMEA region. You will be responsible to liaise between external/internal customers for timely fulfilment of orders, questions or disputes.

Your top priority will be the management of service repairs, including the monitoring of all order entry, work order creation, repair quotations and billing.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills, proactive decision making and analytical skills, be self-motivated and have strong customer communication.

The experience and skills we value:

• Graduate in Business Administration or other related field
• Proficiency in English and other European Languages to communicate with internal and external customers
• Excellent customer service skills, with a high attention to detail
• Strong computer skills using Excel, Oracle and JD Edwards
• Order Entry and Returns Management experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize demands

What will put you ahead

• Ability to communicate in other EU languages
• Experience with after care / sales activities, including warranty and inventory movement
• Good research skills and follow through to successfully resolve questions and issues
