The RMA Coordinator EMEA is responsible for acting as a liaison between external/internal customers for timely fulfilment of orders, questions or disputes. This role includes the management of Service Repairs, monitoring all order entry, work order creation, repair quotations & billing in the EMEA region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Raising RMA orders from TS and release for shipment.
- Responsible for the Customer Repair Process including communication with customers, quoting lead-times, quotations, credit issues and discrepancies
- Research RMA discrepancies and communicate promptly.
- Arrange for defective parts to be returned to where it is required.
- Prepare internal stocking orders for service parts as required by demand.
- Co-ordinate defective/unused/repaired stock back to the factory/vendors or good stock locations.
- Responsible for all after care / sales activities, including warranty and Inventory Movement.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Business Administration or other related field
- Proficiency in English, other EU languages are an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills, with a high attention to detail
- PC literate in Excel, Oracle and JD Edwards required
- Order Entry and Returns Management experience
- Ability of multitasking and to prioritize demands
