Funciones Principales
Sobre el empleo de Project Manager Hotelero (H/M/X):
Responsable de todo el ciclo del proyecto: ejecución de las obras, puesta en marcha, handover al operador hotelero, desactivación y cierre Representar a la empresa como figura de "propiedad" del proyecto. Ser el nexo entre los diferentes contratistas. Control del proyecto arquitectónico, ejercer de PM de las obras, control de obras, control económico y de plazos. Coordinación interna con el epartamento técnico, de compras y financiero. Asegurar la rentabilidad y maximizar márgenes. Habilidades de negociación. Capacidad de toma de decisión. Control de plazos de entrega, de construcción, costes.
Requisitos Principales
Grado de Arquitectura Superior o Técnica o Ingeniería Experiencia en Project Management + 5 años. Experiencia en proyectos hoteleros. Valorable experiencia en proyectos lujo y/o ultra-lujo Muy valorable conocimientos de domótica, IT, tecnología aplicada a la edificación. Idioma: Alto nivel de Inglés. Experiencia en rehabilitación de edificios. Valorable experiencia internacional.
