Job Description:

Main Purpose: As part of the Inside Sales team, your main role will be to assist customers with order processing, quotations, and inquiries, and you will be tasked with maximizing Company product sales.

Join this exceptional team:
Main Tasks:

  • Customers Support
    • - Respond to various customer inquiries (technical, sales, customer service).
    • - Generate competitive quotations and ensure sales closure.
    • - Actively identify sales opportunities and collaborate with Area Sales Managers.
    • - Acquire in-depth knowledge of Company products and services.
    • - Resolve any issues.

2. Internal Sales Support:
  • - Report monitoring: Order entries, turnover, customers, and divisions; Margin analysis.


3. Marketing Support:
  • - Media cockpit including: Price lists, brochures, online catalog of GF Spain; CRM tools such as Click Dimensions, quick campaigns, newsletters.

Product Launches:
- Translation of brochures, flyers, videos, and technical documentation.

  • - Participation in BT and Marine Exhibitions.

Competencies and Responsibilities:
Education:
  • - Bachelor's degree.
  • - Fluent in English.
  • - Experience with SAP.

  • - Excellent teamworking abilities.
  • - Effective problem-solving skills.
  • - Strong organizational skills.
  • - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and other departments.
