Y para conseguir ese objetivo, necesitamos incorporar un/a Digital Marketing Team Leader en nuestro departamento de Marketing, cuya misión principal será analizar, estudiar y desarrollar los cambios necesarios en nuestro entorno digital, con el objetivo de mejorar el tráfico y optimizar los resultados de conversión.
- Planificación estratégica de los canales digitales de la compañía.
- Optimización del performance web (WPO y CRO).
- Supervisión y mejora UX&UI
- Diseño de nuevos productos y soluciones digitales.
- Monitorizar principales competidores y tendencias del mercado.
- Definición y gestión de estrategias de mejora de posicionamiento SEO, etc.

Requisitos mínimos
Te buscamos a ti si
- Eres una persona analítica, organizada y con alta orientación al cliente.
- Cuentas con formación en Marketing/Periodismo/Comunicación Audiovisual o similar.
- Tienes experiência mínima de 2 años en puesto similar.
- Hablas y escribes en inglés (mínimo nível B2).
- Tienes conocimientos de Google Analytics, Data Studio y UX/UI.
