Job Overview

We believe AI provides a transformative potential equivalent to the evolution from analog to digital and are seeking an out-of-the box, disruptive, divergent lateral thinker team player Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead the development and execution of our AI-enhanced B2B SaaS product vision, ensuring that our solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers and improve their operational efficiency, productivity and performance exponentially. The CPO will be responsible for driving product strategy, product development, and product management, ensuring alignment with our business goals and market demands. This role will be pivotal in the creation of a market dispruptive service in the B2B SaaS industry, catalyzed by the transformative potential of AI.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Consolidate client needs and feedback that are consistent with added value functionalities for the majority of our clients to define the product roadmanp, prioritize and assign development resources.
  • Identify market opportunities and define product roadmaps to drive business growth.
  • Ensure that AI enhancements are effectively integrated into the product portfolio to deliver superior value.
  • Focus on a differential, pleasant and simple user experience and user interface that will guarantee client engagement.

Product Development and Management:

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to bring innovative products to market.
  • Implement best practices in product management to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements and features.
  • Communicate the product vision and strategy to all levels of the organization, fostering a culture of product-centric innovation.

AI Integration and Implementation:

  • Drive the integration of AI technologies into the product suite to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of AI models and solutions within the product and functionalities.
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI systems with existing and new product offerings.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and best practices in product management.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to ensure the company remains at the forefront of AI-driven SaaS product innovation.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Build and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration to drive product initiatives.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilize AI-driven data analysis to inform product decisions and strategies.
  • Implement advanced analytics to optimize product performance and user satisfaction.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use insights to continually improve the product offerings.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in the B2B SaaS industry, particularly with AI-enhanced products.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in product development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
