packaging.
Buscamos un perfil con formación técnica, capaz de aportar soluciones a los clientes y a los propios comerciales del grupo. La posición estaría basada en su delegación de Madrid.
Responsabilidades:
- Idear e implementar estrategias comerciales de acuerdo con los objetivos de la empresa con el fin de acelerar el crecimiento
- Realizar análisis y estudios de mercado para crear planes empresariales detallados sobre oportunidades comerciales (expansión, desarrollo del negocio, etc.)
- Entender los requisitos de los clientes existentes para garantizar que se satisfagan sus necesidades.
- Adquirir nuevos clientes y gestionar las relaciones con ellos (tanto nuevos como existentes).
- Coordinar y colaborar con diversos equipos (marketing, ventas, atención al cliente, etc.)
- Crear y mantener asociaciones rentables con las partes interesadas clave
- Supervisar el rendimiento de las actividades comerciales utilizando métricas clave y preparando informes para la alta dirección
- Ayudar a establecer objetivos financieros y a elaborar y supervisar presupuestos.
- Establecer los objetivos de venta y supervisará su consecución así como la administración de las ventas.
- Participar en las negociaciones comerciales de alto nível en estrecha colaboración con el Director de ventas y los Responsables de cuentas principales,
- Seguir en directo a los clientes principales e históricos de la empresa.
- Gestión de todos los presupuestos comerciales.
Requisitos:
- +5 años de experiência como dirección de ventas, alcanzando o superando los objetivos en el sector del packaging
- Habilidad para comunicar, presentar e influir en todos los níveles de una organización, incluyendo el nível de alto directivo y de ejecutivo
- Demostrada habilidad para guiar el proceso de venta desde su planificación hasta su cierre
- Demostrada habilidad para exponer los diversos aspectos de los productos y servicios
- Demostrada habilidad para posicionar productos frente a los de la competencia
- Excelentes capacidades de escucha, negociación y presentación
- Excelentes capacidades comunicativas verbales y escritas
